I am here to bake and decorate delicious treats for you and those you love to enjoy. To keep us all happy and on the same page, by ordering from me, you agree to the following policies:
Payment
Payment is due at the time the order is confirmed. If you need to cancel, full payment will be refunded as long as the 2 requirements below have been met:
- I have not already purchased specific items/ingredients for your order. (Does not include regular items on my current menu.)
- I have not started baking/decorating your order.
Refunds
No refunds will be given after your order is picked up and you leave with it. All orders should be inspected at the time of pickup. In the case of an issue that is discovered only after cutting into/eating your treats you should contact me immediately with a photo and at least 80% of the order available to be returned. To keep things simple, all full or partial refunds will be issued at my complete discretion.
Contact Information
For all orders I will require your email address to send you a receipt/invoice with a description of your order and your phone number in case I need to contact you regarding your order or pickup/delivery.
Custom Cakes
I only take custom cake orders for designs I am confident in delivering to your expectations. If you are requesting a design I don’t think I can deliver I will turn down the order. I generally do not work with fondant and non-edible components such as plastic characters or toys. Check out my Instagram for my previous works.
